Our flanges are based on the following standards
SAE flanges standard SAE J518 C, ISO 6162
CETOP flanges standard CETOP RP 63H
4-bolt square flanges standard ISO/DIS 6164
     

Pressure rates
The maximum recommended working pressure in indicated for each single article.

Before selecting a part, please take notice of the pressure indications.

All pressure indications are based on a working temperature from 20° Celsius to 90° Celsius. Outside of this temperature range the physical properties of the material used are affected and the maximum recommended working pressure is reduced.

The indicated working pressure refers only of the flanges itself.

For the used pipe, fittings and connections the pressure indications of the specific manufacturer are the determining factors.

Material used
For every single product group the material used is indicated. If several materials are shown, it is on the estimation of the manufacturer which material is used.

Surface Protection
If there is no special instruction on a product range all flanges are delivered in raw steel with protection fluid against rust.

Flange kits
As required, all flange connections can be supplied with bolt set and O - ring.

The order code is shown on every product group as a simple.

SAE flanges metric bolts: DIN 912-8.8 (ISO 4762 - 8.8) of
DIN 912-10.9 (ISO 4762 - 10.9) of
UNC bolts : ASA B 18.3
gear pump flanges metric bolts: DIN 912-8.8 (ISO 4762 - 8.8) of
4-bolt square flanges metric bolts : DIN 931/934 - 8.8(ISO 4014/4017 - 8.8)or

DOWETY SEALS

Dowty seals is face type seal Comprising flexible rubber lips within a steel ring. The application when used the primary action deflection of rubber lips. The tightening and bursting loads are resisted by metalring. This steel ring is given an anti corrosive treatment which prevents from rusting. The rubber used is oil resistant nitrite compound (JSR).

We manufacture the dowty seals as per the industry requirement. The basemetal ring used is M. S. (mild steel). Normally the industry used the basemetal ring by turning from pipes. We used press metal washers O rings so that the concentricity & flatness of the washer remains within 0-0.05%. This helps in rubber getting

   
   
   
  Copper Washer

We strictly follow the ISI-3175-1974 standards for the hydraulic & pneumatic fitting washers.

Copper used for manufacturing confirming to standards IS: 3487-1966.
Cold rolled copper heavy toll physical properties.
Tensile Strength -200-250- N/mm2 (20 to 25 Kgs + 1 MM2)
Elogation-40% min.
Specification of copper washers (BSP Standard) as per ISI 3175-1974

2 way valve manifolds are mainly used in gauge and static instrument applications such as pressure switches, pressure transmitter and manometers. The manifold will isolate instrumentation from the process and allow venting of instrument for calibration, removal from the circuit without affecting the process / application and or recovery of the sample etc

  • Accurate and fine control of venting.

  • Mounting holes arte standard to allow easy fixing to pipe stands and enclosure.
  • Non rotating vee/ball tip design.

  • Material of construction can be supplied to meet the requirement of NACE MR 01 75.
3 way valve manifolds are mainly used in differential pressure transmitters and static instrument application such as pressure switches, pressure transmitter and manometers. It has two process isolation valve and one equalization valve to equalize the two sides. Process and instrument sides are both on 54 mm centers to correspond with transmitter connection.
   
   

5 way valves manifolds
